Every moment spent at the Wkc Hostel is very precious to me. Not only did it make me feel homely every time, but it also gave me overwhelming memories to cherish for life. The late-night conversations, narrating horror stories when the night peaks, the activities, and the cuisines are all nostalgic. The fellow scholars who met there for the first time have now become friends for life. I feel blessed and proud to be a part of such an inspiring group. Thank you, Wkc family!

Our WKC hostel was never a building. And the term "hostel" too would be playing it down. It is a place that crafted our little hearts and minds into responsible and empathetic adults. A place we bonded and made a brand new family that we chose. A home, a school, a temple, and a spa all in one. A place where the heart yearns to return to. A place the soul would never forget!

I would like to call it home because it gave me friends as close as a family! I have enjoyed every single day that I have spent at WKC. Going WKC after every semester was like going home to meet your family and spend memorable moments. The auditorium talks, fun activities, and campfire nights were great! A huge thanks to T.V Mohandas Pai Maam for making sure that a hostel like home was built for all of us.

My best memory comes from the year 2014. During that time, I prepared for a presentation on Plastic Separation Plants at the hostel. I got a chance to present it in front of Guru maam and received appreciation and feedbacks. Even today, I reiterate the same preparation techniques that I had learnt during my stay at the hostel.

WKC hostel memories are always the best. From waking up in the morning, eating breakfast together to sitting late night playing games were absolute fun!!! I used to volunteer in camps or stay on non-camp days just to stay in the hostel and also to eat hostel food. 5 years down the lane, the WKC hostel and camps have given so many memories to take back and a lot to learn.

This gathering dates to 13 September 2021, one of my most recent visits to our hostel - all excited to meet scholars and alumni. Also, I stayed that night, remembered good things, and cherished them all. My Feelings? On top of the world. Proof? The smile on my face says it all."

I have had many memories associated with WKC, and 2 of the best ones are when I and a batchmate were informal emcees for the candlelight dinner at the WKC dining hall, where we presented informal awards to our batchmates in Konkani. The second memory is skit practice and dance in the WKC hostel. The memories built are innumerable.
